Make residents’ lives meaningful Provide care for residents in a homelike environment Take comprehensive responsibility for residents’ medication Carry out uplifting daily activities with residents Plan and assess a meaningful life together with each resident, and evaluate its impact. The position is full-time and permanent. The work is performed in three shifts, and the start date can be agreed with you. A vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) Vaccination protection as referred to in section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act, for the entire duration of employment, to protect clients and patients A hygiene passport or readiness to complete one within three months of starting employment Fluent Finnish A criminal record extract for employment lasting more than three months when working with minors, older people and people with disabilities A social and healthcare professional card, or certificate card Experience in mental health work is considered an advantage. Practical nurses/support workers are warm-hearted team players who take initiative and are enthusiastic about new ideas.
