Production Worker

What does the work involve? You will be part of everyday production work, taking on varied duties such as: - Packing products with a vacuum machine - Handling and salting fish - Warehouse tasks The work is mainly standing and also includes lifting. You will work in a cool environment (+2–6 °C), but you will receive a good introduction to the job – previous experience in the field is not necessarily required. What we hope for from you - An energetic and self-directed attitude - Good teamwork skills – you know how to ask for help and help others - An interest in practical work - A hygiene passport is considered an advantage You may be experienced in the field or just starting your career – motivation and a positive attitude are what matter most! We require you to be of legal adult age and fluent in Finnish. Because of the work location, access to your own car and a valid driving licence are essential. What we offer - Work starts as soon as possible - Fixed-term employment until January 2027 – a good opportunity to continue or become permanent - Thorough introduction to the job - Regular work: mainly day shifts Monday to Friday (40 hours/week), with evening shifts (14:00–22:00) if needed - The opportunity to work in a modern production environment - A skilled, friendly team that genuinely invests in wellbeing - Pay according to the food industry collective agreement: €11.92–€13.36/hour, depending on experience Interested?
