We are looking for a Document Controller for our client to support a major data centre construction project in Finland. This role is essential to the successful delivery of the project, ensuring that all documentation is managed, tracked, and maintained according to project requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities: As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring all project documentation complies with company standards and project requirements - Managing document distribution and tracking to ensure stakeholders have access to the latest revisions - Maintaining and updating document registers, RFI registers, action logs, and issue logs - Monitoring document workflows and ensuring documentation is processed and distributed in a timely manner - Analysing project logs and highlighting outstanding actions and overdue items - Producing regular reports, including document status reports and project tracking updates - Ensuring accurate filing, storage, and version control of project documentation - Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams regarding documentation requirements - Supporting QA, QC, and HSE processes through effective document control practices - Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with document management procedures Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar document control or project administration role within a site-based environment - Strong understanding of document control procedures and version management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong organisational and interpersonal skills - Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Experience with document management systems and knowledge-sharing platforms - Previous experience within construction, engineering, industrial, energy, infrastructure, or similar project environments is considered an advantage Application Instructions: This is a full-time, project-based role.
