We are now looking for our client in Inari: RECEPTIONIST We are looking for a service-minded and proactive receptionist for the 2026–2027 winter season! Your workplace is in Inari, amid the magnificent Lapland scenery and among international travellers. As a receptionist, you play an important role in creating a successful and memorable holiday experience for guests, from arrival to departure. We are looking for a positive and responsible customer service professional who enjoys meeting people and can keep things under control during busy periods too. The work is varied shift work in an international and changing tourism environment. Your duties include Welcoming and personally assisting guests Handling check-ins and check-outs Managing reservations Advising and assisting guests during their stay Answering guests’ questions and handling different service situations Keeping the reception area clean and welcoming Ensuring the smooth operation of reception together with the rest of the team Requirements Above all, we expect a cheerful and professional customer service attitude and a desire to give guests a successful experience. You will need: Good English skills A proactive and responsible approach to work The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving skills Flexibility and readiness to work shifts Considered an advantage Previous experience in hotel reception, tourism or other customer service roles is considered an advantage. We especially value an energetic attitude, situational awareness and the ability to stay positive during busy periods.
