A la carte cook

This vacancy is for an experienced à la carte cook in Tampere city center. The role involves all aspects of the à la carte kitchen, from menu prep to final plating and maintaining general kitchen cleanliness. The restaurant emphasizes high-quality ingredients and local producers where possible. Tasks include à la carte kitchen duties and lunch service preparation, with days varying by season and customer flow. Work is done in a close-knit team where cooperation and good communication are essential. Work days are Monday through Sunday and start as soon as a suitable candidate is found. We expect strong experience in the à la carte cook role, ability to work independently, take responsibility, understand complex plates in a busy environment, good interaction, teamwork, flexibility and energetic work attitude, and fluent Finnish (work language).
