SAP TM Consultant

RED - Senior SAP TM Consultant - Remote (Europe) RED Global is currently looking for an experienced SAP TM Consultant to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The consultant will be responsible for driving transportation management processes, requirement gathering, solution design, testing activities, and deployment support across global business teams. Key Responsibilities Collect, review, and shape global and country-specific Transportation Management requirements with business stakeholders and IT teams. Ensure Transportation Management process flows are covered within end-to-end business scenarios and support PQ script preparation. Create, update, and support execution of PQ scripts and testing activities. Lead business workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transportation planning and execution processes. Support deployments, cutover activities, user training, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP TM and S/4HANA Transportation Management. Proven experience as SAP TM Solution Architect on global implementation, rollout, or transformation projects. Strong knowledge of Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Settlement, Charge Calculation, Logistics Integration, and TM Master Data. Experience integrating SAP TM with EWM, SD, MM, and external logistics/carrier systems. Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, testing, and deployment experience.
