UK Commercial Manager

Live search UK Commercial Manager role with Hybrid London base. You will own and grow UK retail relationships across channels, land new listings, and build account plans grounded in data. The role sits in a small, hands-on team; you should be comfortable varying your style and pitching in wherever needed. In the first six months you will understand category growth for the business, push toward growth incentives, and demonstrate you can own the UK market. You will have experience as NAM/SNAM across multiple accounts and channels (Grocery, Impulse), be commercially sharp, and capable of making calls without perfect information. You should thrive in a small team where job titles matter less than delivery, and be resilient in a volatile grocery market. Challenger/Start-up/SME experience is welcomed. The business is a mission-led, B Corp certified Impulse brand, scaling quickly in the UK and US with Europe on the horizon. Package: Up to £70,000 base, generous bonus based on NET revenue growth, no cap on upside. 25 days holiday + bank holidays. Hybrid/London 3 days. International travel, likely 2-4 US trips a year. Work remotely abroad for 2-4 weeks a year (if desired). A real chance to shape the business rather than just sit inside it.
