As a junior technical business consultant you start with a personalized onboarding program, where cases become increasingly challenging step by step. You combine data and financial analyses with daily contact with decision-makers. First you focus on our customers; once you master the product, you choose your own path toward technical authority or side-projects (up to 40%). 1. Client Advisory & Product Consultancy (60 to 100%) You are the trusted partner for our clients and take on challenging, substantive requests and issues. Through in-depth technical and financial investigations you find the best solution for each case. Clear communication: you translate technical matters into clear client advice via email, phone or video call. Technical point of contact: you share your acquired knowledge with colleagues and work in pairs on complex issues. In short: the ideal mix of analytical mindset & soft skills. 2. Helping to grow BrightAnalytics (0 to 40%) Realize client wishes: you perform extra configurations for clients and continuously optimize this process. Data quality: you monitor data transfer from bookkeeping packages, perform checks and ensure compliance with ISO standards. Knowledge sharing: you are the 'source of truth'. You write manuals and give sessions to strengthen the technical knowledge of our clients and the whole team. Scalability & product impact: you analyze ticket trends and translate them into improvement proposals for our developers to make our service better through automation. ✨ What values do you bring to our customer success team? A Master’s degree in an economic, financial or business direction, Analytical insight and a healthy dose of curiosity about data and IT, Good basic knowledge of bookkeeping; concepts like balance sheet and P&L are not new to you, Strong communication and social skills (NL/EN), Willingness to continuously discover new technologies and learn new skills? You will be working with a software product that is constantly evolving, so your knowledge is never complete.
