World Vision Finland is seeking a MEAL Specialist to strengthen the development cooperation program team on a fixed-term contract. The MEAL Specialist will coordinate the planning process of the development cooperation program funded by the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, assess and improve the program quality and results, monitor progress and prepare annual reports for the donor in close collaboration with the expert team, and further develop the program together with regional partners. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of MFA program support, strong monitoring and results-based development cooperation expertise, and an interest in our thematic areas such as child protection, gender equality, disability inclusion, climate resilience, and youth employment. Proficiency in English is required; Finnish or Swedish language skills are an asset.
