We help world-leading organizations across industries accelerate strategic decision-making by turning millions of market research documents into intelligent systems that generate reports, discover insights proactively, and synthesize knowledge across vast content libraries. The data platform underneath makes all of this possible: ingesting millions of documents, enforcing tenant-level security, and feeding the AI systems our customers rely on daily. The role involves owning the data platform, transforming event streams and proprietary documents into queryable intelligence, designing secure pipelines and APIs, supporting data modeling for BI, ensuring reliability and security, working with vector stores, and driving engineering best practices. Must-have skills include experience with SaaS/cloud data platforms, programming in Python or Kotlin, experience with cloud data warehouses (ClickHouse, Snowflake, Azure), API design, multi-tenant security, CI/CD, automated testing, and compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Nice-to-haves include BI tool integration, semantic search, streaming architectures, containerisation, AI tooling, and transformation frameworks. The role is fully remote, requiring residency in the UK, Sweden, or the Netherlands. The position offers growth, competitive pay, and the chance to impact Fortune 500 companies.

Krav
- Experience with building data platforms in SaaS or cloud-native environments
- Strong programming skills in Python or Kotlin, experience with Rust or TypeScript is a plus
- Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (ClickHouse, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure Synapse) and cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure
- Designing, consuming, and maintaining APIs
- Knowledge of multi-tenant security patterns: RBAC, row-level security, OAuth, SAML/SSO
- Solid engineering fundamentals: CI/CD, automated testing, observability, infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Knowledge of data privacy requirements (PII, GDPR) and compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001
