We are looking for a highly proactive, responsible and organized person to develop and build Löytö24 online store operations in Karkkila. Löytö24 is the primary focus of the task. In September we open a new warehouse in Karkkila with many new and used products. The role involves building a functional end-to-end process from product handling to delivery to the customer. The job is not only adding products to the online store; the goal is to grow Löytö24 rapidly and get products to market efficiently. The role also includes maintaining and growing CarHelp’s other online stores, especially wheel shops, marketing them. Responsibilities include daily development and maintenance of Löytö24 online store, describing new products and image processing, researching product details, adding products to Löytö24 and other sales channels, creating and improving sales listings, sorting and tagging products, building and maintaining an inventory system, picking, packing and shipping to customers, handling pickups and returns, monitoring stock levels, handling new products quickly as they arrive, developing Löytö24 sales and visibility, actively utilizing social media in Löytö24 marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and participating in maintaining and growing other online stores. Qualities sought include being very self-driven, responsible, precise, reliable, good at planning, independent, decisive, systematic, fast learner, proficient with computers and online services, sales-minded and outcome-focused, active on social media, interested in content creation and product marketing. Bonus points for experience in e-commerce, Meta Business Manager and advertising, social media usage, content creation, warehouse or logistics experience, and good English. This job is not suitable for those who need constant instructions or delay problem-solving, or dislike practical and physical work.
