We are now hiring a machine-operated property maintenance worker for the winter season in Kajaani. In this role you will be responsible for plowing snow from courtyards, roads and other areas using Wille- and Volvo L60 machines. In addition to machine operation you will perform other property maintenance tasks such as light repairs, waste collection and signage. Your work locations are Kajaani and nearby areas. The position is full-time (37.5 h/wk). Working hours are determined by snow conditions and typically fall between 6:00–18:00, with on-call shifts. This is a fixed-term winter-season employment starting as agreed, no later than 2 November 2026 and ending 30 April 2027. The pay will be at least the pay grade 4 of the Kiinteistöpalvelualan collective agreement (13.88 €/h) and may include work-time allowances based on actual hours and any education allowance based on completed qualification.
