We are seeking a dental hygienist for a fixed-term position in the Western Service Group of the Satakunta Wellbeing Services (Pori and Ulvila). The placement is in Pori. Start date as soon as possible. The fixed-term contract lasts until March 1, 2027. We offer preventive, maintenance, treatment, and rehabilitative oral health care. The work of a dental hygienist is independent patient work. Tasks include promoting and maintaining oral health, oral health examinations for people of all ages, and prevention and treatment of oral infections. Health counseling and self-care guidance, assessment, implementation, and follow-up of treatment needs. Prevention of periodontal and carious infections, as well as early and ongoing treatment. Taking X-ray images with a dentist’s referral. Various office tasks, instrument sterilization, and equipment maintenance. Ensuring the operatory is ready for use and maintaining aseptic conditions.
