D365 Customer Insights - Journeys Developer - London, UK (Hybrid) RED now has a new contract opportunity for a D365 Customer Insights - Journeys Developer to join one of our key partners on a long-term customer engagement and CRM transformation programme. The initial contract will be for 12 months with scope for extension. This contract is to start ASAP and will be hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site in London, UK. Key requirements: Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales Proven expertise in Customer Insights - Journeys (Dynamics 365 Marketing) Hands-on experience with Power Automate and business process automation Good knowledge of Dataverse and the wider Dynamics 365 ecosystem Strong communication skills in English Experience with Microsoft certifications, marketing automation solutions, or large enterprise environments would be beneficial. Please note that candidates must already have the legal right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
