From the Army to Construction: Are you soon leaving the army? We might have a suitable next step for you in the construction industry where toughness, precision and completing tasks are valued. We are now looking for motivated and good-spirited workers to join the construction crew. Previous experience on a construction site is an advantage but not required; the most important thing is to take the job seriously and not be afraid of physical work or early mornings. Tasks vary from basic construction help to cleaning and logistics. A safety card is preferred, but if you don’t have one yet, we will help you obtain it. A B-class driver's license and access to a personal car are considered beneficial. Work can start quickly and if the attitude is right, there will be work. We follow the sector's collective agreement and pay is based on competence and experience. We have employed tens of people released from military service in the last year – could you be the next?
