Personlig assistent

A personal assistant role in Onni’s service network. The assistant helps clients live their own, full life. Our clients are people who need help with daily tasks due to illness or disability. Assists with household chores and activities outside the home. Assignments vary and depend on the client’s condition and individual support needs. The work is versatile and can include several different clients and tasks on the same day if desired. No formal training or prior experience required; a good attitude toward assisting others, willingness to learn, and customer-focused approach to different situations is sufficient. All new assistants receive thorough onboarding in Onni’s own Assistant Academy before starting, and further onboarding continues as needed during employment. You will receive continuous guidance and support from your team supervisor so you are never alone with questions or challenges. Work is generally in two shifts on weekdays and weekends. Shifts range from two hours and up, and a workday may consist of one or more clients. You can influence your shifts and work part-time or as a gig, in a manner that suits your life situation. We consider both client needs and assistants’ work preferences to align them as well as possible. The first shift for a client can be an orientation shift, after which both assistant and client can evaluate cooperation and compatibility. If you later feel that something is unclear or not functioning as planned, we will discuss it together and find a suitable solution. If you wish, you can work for more than one client by coordinating schedules. We hope you have B2-level Finnish. A driver’s license and own car may be required. You must be of legal age.
