Personlig assistent

A personal assistant is needed to help our clients live their own lives fully. Onni's clients are people who need help with everyday tasks due to illness or disability. You will assist with household chores and activities outside the home. Assignments can vary in level and tasks are determined by the client’s condition and individual support needs. The work is diverse and may involve several different clients and tasks on the same day. No formal sector training or prior experience is required; a right attitude towards care work, willingness to learn and customer‑oriented approach in different situations are enough. All new assistants receive thorough onboarding in Onni’s Assistant Academy before starting, and onboarding continues as needed during employment. You will receive ongoing guidance and support from your team supervisor, and you will not be left alone with questions or challenges. Work is typically in two shifts on weekdays and weekends. Shift lengths vary from about two hours to longer, and a workday may involve one or more clients. You can influence your shifts and work part-time or on a gig basis in a way that suits your life situation. We consider both client needs and assistants’ work preferences so that schedules fit well together. The first shift for a client can be an onboarding shift if needed, after which both assistant and client can evaluate cooperation and personality fit.
