We are looking for a People Operations trainee to join our People Operations team in Helsinki, Finland. Our People Operations team keeps the engine running. We own global people processes, systems, and compensation & benefits, and we make sure every decision we make is backed by solid data. From streamlining payroll operations to building smarter analytics capabilities, we're a team that genuinely loves finding better ways to do things. We work closely with stakeholders across the whole organization, so everything we do is built around creating exceptional experiences for every team member, at every stage of their journey with us. As our People Operations Trainee, you'll roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the real work from day one. That means maintaining and updating our people systems, participating in reporting, analytics, troubleshooting issues, taking part in development projects, handling incoming People & Culture tickets, supporting employees with requests, supporting payroll data gathering, and bringing fresh energy and ideas. You're someone who gets genuinely excited about data, loves exploring new tools, and isn't afraid to take initiative. You are tech-savvy, precise, detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel and Power BI, curious about AI tools, and interested in modern People practices.
