Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking an early childhood education teacher for Norlandia Kurkela. The role focuses on everyday learning through wonder, exploration, questions, and discovery as seen through the eyes of children. You will be responsible for your group’s pedagogy, guiding children's learning, and participating in developing the daycare. You will utilize AI and digital tools to support planning and assessment, but your main tool is you as a professional who brings your own expertise and recognizes children's needs and opportunities.
