Koulunkäynninohjaaja, kotoutumiskoulutus (80%)/REDU

The role of a Koulunkäynninohjaaja (education supervisor) focuses on online-integrated integration education for the Northern and Eastern Lapland region, with duties also in Kemijärvi and potentially Sodankylä. Tasks include guiding online teaching and some on-site guidance, supporting students with device use (transport and setup in various municipalities from Kemijärvi to other municipalities in Northern and Eastern Lapland), supervising tests (written tests in both on-site and online formats), informing and guiding students, teaching digital skills, and possible substitute duties. Requirements include a qualification as a Koulunkäynninohjaaja or other suitable training, experience in the role, excellent digital skills, strong cooperation, communication and organisational abilities, an autonomous, constructive, quality-minded, flexible, cooperative work style, ability to work in Finnish, travel readiness and driving licence. Experience with working with immigrants is valued.
