Team Leader for Tele Team, Aito Talotekniikka Oy, Tampere - Academic Work

As the tele team leader, you will be responsible for the daily management and development of the sales team in Tampere. Your role is key in improving team results and maximizing each member's potential. You will also actively work in sales, leading by example and coaching your team towards common goals. Approximately 60% of your working time will be spent on tele-sales. This role is suitable if you are confident in making calls and approaching people boldly, have a sales-oriented mindset, and want to learn sales through practical experience. Responsibilities include cold calling potential clients and booking meetings, recruiting and onboarding new team members, daily management, development, and support of the sales team, coaching, motivating, and training team members, and improving team performance and results. We are looking for strong experience in result-oriented tele-sales, previous experience in supervisory roles, a sales-driven and goal-oriented attitude, approachable and motivating manner, and fluent Finnish language skills; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage. Additional information: starting as soon as possible, no later than May; salary is heavily commission-based, paid based on booked appointments and resulting sales; the office is located in Onkiniemi, with a preference for 100% on-site presence.
