You work at clients' homes supporting their functioning and wellbeing. Tasks include nursing and medication administration and monitoring and health promotion; taking care of personal hygiene and nutrition; rehabilitative care maintaining function; meeting clients and families with genuine presence. Our home care is more than nursing: it is care, listening and time for our clients. Also you have: practical nurse diploma; active medication theory studies (you can complete them with us if needed); B-driver's license and ability to use your own car at work. We value previous home care experience and kinesthetic and wound care skills, but the most important is an enthusiastic attitude and desire to learn and develop our operations together.
