P&C Generalist

P&C Generalist – join us to help build an excellent employee experience. This temporary maternity cover role involves working across HR tasks along the employee lifecycle, including drafting employment contracts and onboarding plans, answering employee questions, reporting, and developing HR processes. You will be part of Lyreco's international Workday Champions network and act as the Workday point of contact in Finland. Responsibilities may also include payroll backup duties, coordinating staff recreational activities, internal communications, and supporting supervisors on HR matters. The role supports the employee value proposition and will evolve with your skills and interests; the title may be P&C Assistant or P&C Specialist. The position is hybrid with a base in Vantaa, Finland, and the salary range is 3,000–3,800 EUR per month depending on experience.
