We are now looking for a Trainee for our Risk Management unit at Rantalainen! In the RAN Trainee program, you will work as part of a knowledgeable team in tasks tailored to your skills. During the traineeship, your skills will develop, and you will take on more responsibility as you learn new things. You will also participate in joint events and training sessions that support your growth into a future top professional. As a Risk Management Trainee, you will work as part of Rantalainen's risk management unit, which is responsible for the overall risk management of the Rantalainen Group. Your tasks may include supporting activities related to anti-money laundering (AML) and risk management. Your responsibilities may also include handling matters related to Suomi.fi authorizations. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through diverse tasks, learn about financial administration and Rantalainen, and network at RAN Trainee events. Our team operates in a hybrid model, allowing you to work remotely or at any of Rantalainen's offices according to your preferences. The onboarding will be arranged at a nearby office as well as remotely. What do we expect from you? We hope you are in the final stages of your studies or a recent graduate with a suitable higher education degree, such as a degree in financial administration, finance, or security. It is an advantage if you have experience related to risk management, for example through advanced studies or internships. Proficiency in Finnish and Swedish is required, and knowledge of English is considered an advantage. We also value a positive attitude towards customer service and teamwork skills. You enjoy interacting with people and are not afraid to make phone calls if necessary. Additionally, we appreciate initiative, an active approach to work tasks, and good skills in adopting various software. Most importantly, you are eager to get to know your RAN Trainee colleagues, motivated to work in risk management tasks, and to develop into a top expert in the future. What does Rantalainen offer you? The RAN Trainee program offers an excellent opportunity to grow into an expert in your field by combining your education with diverse tasks. The position will start by agreement, no later than September 2026, and continue until March 2027. The goal of the traineeship is that after it, you will be able to work independently in expert tasks and function smoothly as part of your team. The aim is that after the program, your employment with Rantalainen will continue as a junior specialist, allowing you to specialize in a suitable software based on your interests and team needs.
