Receptionists for Winter Season 26/27 - Wilderness Hotels - Enare, Finland

We are looking for receptionists for the winter season 2026/2027. Guests from around the world arrive at our hotel, and the reception is their first and last contact point. In this role, you play a central part in ensuring that our guests' holiday runs smoothly from start to finish. What does a typical workday look like? Morning: departure preparations Guests have breakfast and check their activities for the day. At the reception, you review departures, arrivals, transportation, and special tasks. Remember to turn on the sauna. Check-out is by 11 a.m., with the busiest time usually between 10-11 a.m. During this period, you handle check-outs, billing, and discuss guests' experiences. Day: calmer period and coordination After the departure rush, there is often time to handle emails, reservations, and prepare for the evening. Throughout the day, the reception functions as the hotel’s nerve center: the kitchen confirms guest numbers, the restaurant checks reservations, and housekeeping reports lost and found items. In this role, you stay truly informed about the overall operations. Questions like
