Kaféarbetare

We are seeking a cafe worker for our client Kujalan Porotila, located in Kuusamo, for the upcoming winter season 2026–2027. As a Cafe Worker your duties include customer service in Finnish and English, as well as a variety of cafe daily tasks. These include preparation of products, arranging meals for the Tilamyymälä guests, and presenting and selling products in the store. You will work in diverse settings such as the cafe, order restaurant, lodge and camp where food is served and stories about reindeer life and the history of the reindeer farm are shared. Prior experience in similar tasks and a reindeer background are valued but not required. We train everyone for the duties. The candidate should be flexible, responsible and friendly. You should be eager to develop in your tasks and learn new things. You must tolerate outdoor work and outdoor conditions. Good physical condition, authenticity and a cheerful attitude help a lot. The job starts in November by agreement and lasts until the end of March. The employment is full-time, but you may propose another working time in your application. The contract is between Bondata and the employee. The travel, restaurant and leisure service employment contract is followed. Salary at the start of employment: 14 €/h.
