Assistant restaurant manager Hesburger Prisma Heinola is a permanent full-time role (112.5 hours/3 weeks) in Heinola connected to Prisma Heinola. We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Hesburger currently preparing to open in spring 2027. The position is permanent and full-time. Previous experience in Hesburger supervisory roles is required. The role involves operating oversight with the restaurant manager, achieving performance targets and staff welfare. You are an approachable supervisor familiar with restaurant KPIs. The new Hesburger is a spacious, pleasant stop with over 100 seats. You will ensure that Hämeenmaa and Hesburger promises of quality, service and cleanliness are fulfilled. You will also take responsibility for recruiting staff and developing employees’ skills. You will play a key role in the later autumn recruitment drive for a new location (about 20–25 employees) and other responsible personnel. Shifts cover all opening hours. Hesburger operates according to Prisma Heinola’s opening hours. The salary for the assistant restaurant manager is aligned with the Supervisors in HORECA collective agreement, including a role-specific responsibility premium based on competence/experience.
