We are seeking a legal professional for a permanent position at LähiTapiola Keski-Suomi, Jyväskylä office. As a lawyer, you will handle liability and fault-related claims for private, corporate and community clients in a high-quality, smooth manner. Your duties include the comprehensive handling of the liability and fault claim process from taking possession to the compensation decision. You will provide legal support and expertise in damages compensation and interpretation of contract law, and participate in appeal proceedings. You will also act as a legal expert in other insurance compensation operations and, at the same time, take care of the life protection of owner-customers in a versatile manner. We expect from you: - A Master of Laws degree (OTM) - Interest especially in tort law and contract law - Courage and ability to make independent decisions and a willingness to learn - Goal-oriented, responsible, proactive and enthusiastic work attitude - Empathetic, positive and customer-oriented service mindset - Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent spoken and written communication - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing daily tasks - Previous experience in the insurance sector is an advantage but not required.
