Floor Manager position in L’Oréal Finland Oy at the daily cosmetics department in Oulu. The role involves managing daily cosmetics sales and product presentation, reporting on external sales, organizing events, managing sales stands, store inventory maintenance, and delivering customer service and makeup services as a Beauty Advisor at a designated sales point, while exemplifying leadership. You will act as a brand expert and ambassador, and be responsible for maintaining a positive team atmosphere and shift planning. Requirements include cosmetology and/or makeup artistry training or equivalent, previous related experience, ability to take responsibility for overall goals, sales-oriented mindset, passion for cosmetics, positive attitude and customer-service mindset, flexibility and initiative.
