Would you like to develop customer relationships and promote the digitalization of socially significant organizations? Join us as a Customer Manager! We are seeking a Customer Manager for the Customer Service team at the Legal Register Center. You will serve as the primary contact person for designated clients and be responsible for the comprehensive development of their services. You will promote clients' transition from traditional IT solutions to modern digital service packages. You will develop customer relationships long-term, ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness, and ensure that services meet customer needs. You will understand your clients' operating environment and act as an active partner in their digital development. You will identify development opportunities, bring them forward, and advance them in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. The role combines customer relationship development and goal-oriented management of service packages. In addition to promoting digital development, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and financial monitoring of customer relationships as part of a sustainable and impactful service package. The role offers an opportunity to promote clients' digital development in a socially significant sector. You will have extensive networking opportunities within the Ministry of Justice and with other partners. The Legal Register Center values collaboration, continuous development, and learning. You may have worked in consulting, the public sector, or the IT industry. We are flexible to accommodate different life situations. - Established: The position is a shared government agency role. - Working hours: Government agency working hours - Trial period: Up to six (6) months - Salary: The base salary at level 18M (4442.48 €/month). We also pay performance-based bonuses. Starting salary ranges approximately from 5300 to 5500 €/month.
