Would you like to develop client relationships and promote the digitalization of socially significant organizations? Join us as a Client Manager! We are seeking a client manager for the Customer Relations team at the Justice Register Centre, focusing on stakeholder services. You will serve as the primary contact person for designated clients and be responsible for the comprehensive development of their services. You will promote clients' transition from traditional IT solutions to modern digital service packages. You will develop client relationships long-term, ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness, and ensure that services meet client needs. You will understand your clients' operational environment and act as an active partner in their digital development. You will identify development opportunities, bring them forward, and advance them in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. The role combines client relationship development and goal-oriented management of service packages. In addition to promoting digital development, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and financial monitoring of client relationships as part of a sustainable and impactful service package. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and maintaining client plans according to the client management model - Owning clients’ digital plans and promoting development proposals - Financial planning: budgeting, forecasting, and reporting - Developing customer satisfaction and strengthening stakeholder cooperation You will be part of a client team consisting of four other client managers and a client director. Each has responsibility for their own designated clients from the Ministry of Justice. Client managers work closely together, support each other’s work, and meet regularly either remotely or face-to-face. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clients, different units within the ORK, and service delivery partners. This role offers an opportunity to advance clients’ digital development in a socially significant sector. You may have worked in consulting, the public sector, or the IT industry. Our hybrid model includes location-independent remote work and face-to-face meetings with colleagues, clients, and networks. We accommodate our staff’s various life situations. - Established: The position is a shared agency role. - Working Hours: Agency working hours - Trial Period: Up to six (6) months - Salary: The base salary at level 18M (4,442.48 EUR/month). We also pay performance-based bonuses. Starting salary ranges approximately from 5,300 to 5,500 EUR/month.
