Primary location: Jyväskylä. We are now hiring an á la carte cook for Trattoria Aukio. The position is temporary until the end of the year and working hours are 70 hours over 3 weeks, starting as agreed. Your days will include preparing ingredients, cooking, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, serving customers, and active collaboration with the wait staff. On busier days you will be supported by a great team and the restaurant manager Katri. The location is mainly Trattoria Aukio, but also the breakfast cook tasks at Sokos Hotel Paviljonki. We expect: experience or education in kitchen work; you enjoy customer service and teamwork; you take on tasks energetically and complete them quickly and carefully; you want to work flexibly in shifts with extended opening hours. Prior kitchen experience is useful, but the most important is enthusiasm for food and a willingness to work efficiently and learn new things. Salary is based on the Travel, Restaurant and Leisure Services collective agreement and is 13.70–15.04 €/h plus evening and weekend supplements.
