Engineering Manager role 소개: You’ll lead a team of Product Engineers building solutions across Loan Servicing and Banking. This is a hands-on role combining people leadership, technical direction and product ownership. You’ll drive delivery of product initiatives, ensure high engineering and operational standards, and help engineers grow and take ownership. You’ll stay close to the technology, contributing to architecture and key technical decisions. You’ll also help shape our AI-native engineering practices, improving how we use LLM tools to build and automate software development. This role offers high ownership, diverse technical and product challenges, and a direct impact on Bondora’s journey to becoming a modern digital bank.
