The small group size allows for a variety of activities and experiences during the day, which you get to decide! We provide the framework for activities, but you retain the freedom to carry out your work. In addition to the freedom of work, the income from the job is on average about €3400/month when you have four children in care and accrue seven weeks of holiday per year. The work is carried out as a franchisee within the Gold Nuggets chain. Don't be intimidated by the word entrepreneur, as we have prepared everything for you. You don't need to know anything about business operations yet, as long as you are passionate about early childhood education and get along well with adults.
