We are seeking a full-time physiotherapist for the Western Uusimaa welfare region's rehabilitation services in Espoo, with both clinic reception duties and home visits. The role focuses on neurological and other long-term rehabilitation patients. Previous experience and training in neurological physiotherapy and experience in primary health care rehabilitation are advantageous. The position is part of the rehabilitation physiotherapy services with about 150 rehabilitation professionals. The work is independent, but you will have a skilled, friendly team around you. We hope for an active and proactive approach. Induction will be provided. The job is a day job with flexible standard hours. The terms and salary are determined according to the SOTE agreement. A six-month probation period applies. Applications must be submitted via Kuntarekry. Interviews will be held 1–8 September 2026. The start date is 14 September 2026 or as agreed. The place and address: Physiotherapy Tapiola, Ahertajantie 2, 02100 Espoo. Working hours: flexible general working hours 38 h 15 min per week. The position is permanent. Eligibility requires physiotherapist degree (AMK or diploma) and the statutory qualification for health care professionals. We value flexibility and willingness to work in Espoo and Kauniainen areas and using own car. The role requires vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act §48 and TB screening under §55. From 1 January 2024, candidates must present a police clearance certificate if the employment lasts at least 3 months in the same calendar year. Previous experience and training in neurological physiotherapy and primary health care rehabilitation are preferred, along with experience in Kela’s demanding medical rehabilitation assessments, development-mindedness, and experience/training in musculoskeletal and movement-disorder physiotherapy and group instruction.
