Försäljningsassistent

We are seeking sales assistants for Prisma and pool locations in Turku region. The positions at Prisma and Paraisten pools are permanent and part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week). The Aura pool positions are permanent and part-time (about 10 hours per week). Start date as soon as possible according to the agreement. We are looking for sales people for the following pools: Prisma Itäharju, Prisma Loimaa, Prisma Mylly, Prisma Länsikeskus, Prisma Piispanristi, Prisma Tampereentie, Prisma Naantali; Aura pool (S-market Aura, Sale Alastaro, Sale Pöytyä, Sale Kyröntie, Sale Yläne); Parainen pool (S-market Parainen, Sale Tennby, Sale Nauvo). Duties include customer service, cash handling, shelf replenishment, order picking and general housekeeping. The work is fast-paced and physically demanding; you will be on your feet most of the day and move goods around. You may work alone during some shifts, so you must be of legal age. Shifts vary across weekdays and weekends and are determined by unit opening hours. Full details available via our locations page. Pool work involves moving between multiple units within the pool area, enabling you to work in different teams and rounds. Having a car is a plus due to location and shift dispersion. Ideal candidate enjoys varied tasks, takes initiative, and maintains a proactive customer-focused attitude. Experience in sales is a plus. Pay is based on the Retail Industry Collective Agreement. Hourly wage ranges from 10.89–14.57 €/h, with additional evening/night/weekend allowances and potential performance bonus up to 1.20 € per hour worked.
