We are seeking an energetic, service-minded and self-motivated customer service representative to join Tonttula in Levi as part of Hullu Poro Oy’s multidisciplinary and cheerful team. In this role you will be in the heart of Lapland, creating unique experiences for our customers. As a customer service representative you are the first contact for our guests at Tonttula; you help, guide and ensure a smooth and pleasant visit. We value friendly interaction, relaxed attitude and willingness to take on new tasks in varied situations. Your work emphasises customer-orientation, good organizational skills and a desire to be part of a joyful workplace. Responsibilities include welcoming guests and onboarding to Tonttula services at the information desk; making and managing reservations (accommodations, restaurant, program services); advising on activities and experiences; multi-channel customer communication: email, phone, and in-person; cash handling and sales; informing about local events and distributing marketing materials; ensuring cleanliness, comfort and safety of facilities. Requirements include a friendly and solution-oriented service mindset; good Finnish and English language skills (other languages are an advantage); quick learning ability and basic IT skills; flexibility with work hours (shifts in evenings and weekends); strong organizational and communication skills; previous experience in customer service or tourism is valued but genuine enthusiasm for customer work is most important.
