We are seeking motivated and experienced construction logistics workers as well as on-site coordinators for our client sites in Kouvola. The work days are weekdays, with morning and evening shifts. Duties include receiving and carrying building materials and ensuring smooth on-site logistics. In the on-site coordinator role you are responsible for construction site safety and workforce resourcing, and you act as a key link between the site management and the construction site. Success in the role requires the ability to manage across tasks and to act responsibly in varying situations. We hope you already have experience in construction logistics. If you have worked as a coordinator before, that is considered an advantage. The job is physically demanding, so good fitness and a positive attitude are important. We value initiative and a desire to grow in the field. For good performers there is a long-term opportunity.
