We are hiring a customer-facing Salesperson for S-market Virrat in a permanent 30 hours per week position. The role involves assisting customers between shelves and at the checkout, stocking shelves, and taking care of the store’s general cleanliness. Proficient Finnish language skills are required for the applied position. The job includes varied shift work, including holidays and weekends, with store hours from 07:00 to 22:00 Monday–Saturday and 09:00 to 22:00 on Sundays; the candidate should be able to work all shifts. The role is increasingly digital; you will use both the cash register system and mobile devices, and you will work with the store’s back-end systems to streamline daily tasks. Tasks include electronic price displays, product scanning, handling online store orders, and using MS Office tools such as PowerBI and SharePoint. Training will be provided. Salary follows the retail sector collective agreement and we offer extensive employee benefits. We operate a communal shift planning system that gives employees more control over their working hours to balance work and free time.
