We are looking for head coaches for 5v5, 8v8 and 11v11 challenge teams. You have a great opportunity to develop your age group as a head coach for challenge teams in line with the updated HPS coaching pathway and the revised strategy, with regular support from the coaching manager. Strategy 2025-28, in line with the vision for sport activities, enables high‑quality recreational and challenge-team participation. We seek a person motivated to develop players at challenge level and to enable high-quality training and progression to competitive teams. You will work closely with the head coach of the competitive team and, if agreed, may take on a coaching role in the age-group elite side as well. Our club, with over 1600 players, is forward‑looking and focused on continuous development, with three own pitches and a club house. We are known for our strong HPS spirit in North Helsinki, Pakila.
