Receptionist

We are seeking a receptionist for Pyhätunturi. The reception at Pyhätunturi Hotel is one of the resort’s key guest service points and serves as one of the information desks for the area. The front desk handles hotel operations as well as reception for the Kultakero, PyhäLinna and PyhäSuites apartments. It also runs the on-site R-kiosk. Your duties include versatile customer service, Ski-Inn apartment check-in and check-out, handling new reservations, and email and phone work. You will be part of creating memorable visits for guests and offering varied service to travellers. At Pyhätunturi and Ruka over 600 privately owned apartments have been operated with Ski-Inn; Pyhätunturi Oy is responsible for renting and maintenance of the apartments. We look for: a commercial and/or tourism degree at least from upper secondary; fluent Finnish and English; enthusiasm for customer service and creating memorable moments; quick problem solving and independence; an interest in outdoor activities and related products. An advantage: experience with Hotellinx Cloud reservation system; previous experience in similar tasks and local knowledge of Pyhä. Employment type is fixed-term with start as per agreement (as early as October). Work is two-shift with at least 70 hours per 3 weeks. Salary according to MaRaVaTES.
