Global Trade Services Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Global Trade Services Coordinator to join our Global Trade Services team in Rovaniemi, Finland. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build expertise in customs, international trade, and trade compliance. The successful candidate will support customs import and export operations in Finland and Norway, with approximately 75% of the focus on Finland. Working closely with internal stakeholders, customs authorities, and logistics partners, the role is critical in ensuring compliant and efficient cross-border trade activities. Key Responsibilies: Support daily import and export customs operations for Finland and Norway Prepare, review, and maintain customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations Coordinate with customs brokers, customs authorities and internal stakeholders Monitor shipments and support the resolution of customs-related delays and issues Assist with product classification and HS code determination Support customs compliance activities, export controls, and trade regulations Analyze customs-related data, including duties, Free Trade Agreement (FTA) utilization, and import/export transactions Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain, as well as other BRP locations across EMEA Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is an advantage 1–3 years of relevant work experience Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team Fluent in Finnish and English.
