We are now seeking an operational resort manager to ensure this experience is delivered to every guest. The operational resort manager is a versatile and practical key person responsible for daily operations and ensuring a smooth guest experience from start to finish. The role involves close interaction with customers and combines customer service, sales, and daily resort management. You will play a central role in ensuring the overall operation functions seamlessly – paying attention to details. Key responsibilities - Greeting, advising, and handling customer feedback - Daily use of reservation and customer management systems - Active sales and promotion of additional services and activities - Coordinating daily operations (cleaning, maintenance, transportation) - Resolving everyday issues smoothly and proactively - Collaborating with owners, staff, and partners Responsibility and impact The role directly influences customer experience and the quality of the resort. You will make independent decisions that have immediate effects on guests and daily operations.
