You are a long-term salesperson who enjoys contacting company decision-makers via cold calls. Join us at Duuri-tiimi! We are looking to strengthen our sales team in our personnel service company. The work begins in August 2026. It offers a permanent, full-time employment. We offer employees an Epassi benefit! Your initial tasks include making cold calls. You will call dozens of companies daily and sell our personnel leasing and recruitment services. The goal is to build your own customer portfolio of companies you serve in personnel leasing. Tasks include the entire sales/recruitment process from cold calling to customer agreements, writing job ads, contacting and communicating with applicants, conducting interviews, and making employment contracts. The role is very versatile, and you will receive good onboarding and support from skilled colleagues every workday. Initially, your tasks will focus solely on cold calling and order reception. All tasks are introduced gradually, even if you have no prior experience. We require persistence and excellent service attitude towards our clients and employees. Initially, the work is only cold calling until you build leads (interested clients and potential partners). With more leads and opened jobs, you can write job ads, interview candidates, and draft contracts. Building your own customer portfolio requires effort, so be prepared! We offer a monthly salary of €2017.41 plus commission on your sales. Commissions are paid progressively, so the more you sell, the better you earn. As your skills and responsibilities grow, the salary will be reviewed. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:30. Additionally, we offer employment benefits via Epassi at no cost. The employment is permanent and full-time. You will also participate in personnel training to develop your skills in the staffing industry. The work is mainly remote.
