Are you ready to take the next step in your sourcing career and develop the supplier partnerships behind global automation projects? We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our Group Sourcing team and take responsibility for the sourcing and supplier management of High-Bay Warehouse (HBW) solutions. Your area will include structural steel, storage systems, related equipment and site installation services. As a Sourcing Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Operations and Customer Support from the early sales phase through supplier contract execution. You will lead RFQ processes, commercial evaluations and supplier negotiations, prepare project-specific agreements and manage supplier risks to deliver competitive, sustainable and high-quality sourcing solutions for Cimcorp’s global customer projects. Beyond individual projects, you will develop Cimcorp’s supplier portfolio, long-term supplier relationships and strategic partnerships. You will identify new suppliers and partnership opportunities, develop framework agreements and collaborate with sourcing teams in other regions to align supplier strategies and share best practices.
