We are now looking for customer service-oriented and enthusiastic Receptionists for the winter season 2026-2027! As a receptionist, you will ensure the smooth and effortless accommodation experience for our guests. Your customer-oriented service will influence guest satisfaction and comfort, creating memorable hotel experiences for our customers. Your shifts will mainly be between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. The working hours can be arranged flexibly for 90–112.5 hours/3 weeks. You have education and/or experience in reception work or other customer service roles. You are a cheerful customer service professional and a motivated team player, with a solution-oriented attitude and resilience under pressure. It is an advantage if you are familiar with the Mews reservation system and understand basic hotel operations. To ensure smooth communication in our international work environment, you speak and write fluently in Finnish and English. You hold a valid alcohol service license. This position is a dream place for animal lovers, as you will also have the opportunity to sell reindeer feed lichen.
