We are now looking for customer service-oriented and enthusiastic receptionists for our hotels in Levi for the winter season 2026-2027. As a receptionist, you will ensure the smooth and hassle-free accommodation experience for our guests. Your customer-oriented service will influence guest satisfaction and comfort, helping to create memorable hotel experiences for our guests. Your shifts will mainly be between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. The working hours can be arranged flexibly within 90–112.5 hours over 3 weeks. You already have education and/or experience in reception work or other customer service roles. You are a cheerful customer service professional and a motivated team player, with a solution-oriented attitude and resilience under pressure. It is an advantage if you are familiar with the Mews reservation system and understand the basic operations of a hotel. To ensure smooth communication in our international work environment, you speak and write fluently in both Finnish and English. You hold a valid alcohol service license. This position is a dream place for animal lovers, as you will also have the opportunity to sell reindeer lichens to feeders.
