The Store Manager role includes varied and busy workdays consisting of supervisory tasks, team leadership, and sales. You are fully and independently responsible for your store's sales results, your team's performance, implementation of JYSK concepts, the store's commercial appearance, customer service quality, well-being at work, and occupational safety. You plan and execute annual seasonal changes, ensure store concept and routines are followed, monitor store metrics, and react quickly to issues needing correction. You lead your team by example and with goals. Responsibilities include recruitment, employment matters, shift planning, and team development. You are a responsible supervisor who makes people shine and enjoy their work. Additionally, you manage store expenses, payroll budget, and inventory. The job requires good physical condition, but you will have the best tools and team support. Experience and proven supervisory skills and team leadership are expected. Retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
