Inbound sales representative, Certex - Espoo - Academic Work

In this new role focused on inbound sales, you will play an important part in supporting our sales team. You will handle inquiries, manage quotations, and follow up actively with customers. Your goal is to convert quotes into sales. The work is fast-paced and requires an active approach, offering plenty of opportunities to influence and succeed. Job Tasks - Preparing quotations for customers - Responding to customer inquiries - Following up on quotes: contacting customers via phone and Teams - Entering orders into the ERP system based on quotes We Expect - Genuine desire to develop and do sales - goal-oriented, social, and courageous. You are not afraid to express your ideas and, if necessary, challenge others positively. - Experience in B2B sales - Fluent Finnish and English skills - Ability to work (at least Mon-Wed) at our office in Espoo.
