The quality of customer service, efficiency and customer experience are closely monitored through various metrics. Therefore, the role suits you if you enjoy target-driven work, want to continuously develop your skills and can combine high service quality with an efficient way of working. This is an excellent opportunity for you who are passionate about customer service, enjoy varied working days and are enthusiastic and brave in meeting different people and situations. To succeed in the role you need to be resilient, have good stamina and be able to switch quickly between different situations. In return you get the opportunity to develop into a versatile customer service professional in an environment where learning is a natural part of everyday life. We train and support you in all areas to create world-class customer meetings. We are looking for several customer advisers for our upcoming holiday season on a fixed-term basis. The employment starts on 14 September 2026 and ends 31 December 2026. The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week). Customer service is open every day of the week, also on weekends, between 06:00 and 20:00. In autumn and the upcoming holiday season shifts will mainly be weekdays 08:00–20:00 and Saturdays 08:00–16:00. However, we expect you to be able to work during the entire opening hours. Our office is located in Ilmala in Helsinki with good public transport connections. The salary for the position is 13.78 €/hour. Who are we looking for? You may be the person we are looking for if you have genuine service attitude and previous customer service experience across multiple service channels, especially via telephone. Helping customers is something you really enjoy and you maintain your professional service attitude even in challenging situations. In the role, you work in several different systems at the same time. Therefore we would like you to be used to using different IT systems, digital services and applications. You learn quickly new systems and new areas of work, are skilled at searching information from different sources and can apply the information you find in customer meetings. In addition we expect you to have an independent and proactive working style, good stress resistance as well as the ability to make quick decisions when the situation requires it. To succeed in the role you need, in addition to knowledge of Swedish, fluent knowledge of both Finnish and English, since most customer contacts occur in Finnish or English. Interested? We work with ongoing selection, so do not delay your application as the positions will be filled as soon as suitable candidates are found.
